Calibration Tanks-Vacuum Tank1(2 sections to enable dual vacuum control) includes Inoex ecco Ultrasonic measuring system to guide calibration. Vacuum tank 2..Quality Control-Inoex x Line Ultrasonic Measuring System and gravimetric system (Germany)This is linked to the extruders, haul off and material hoppers to allow full automation.Collects and monitors quality information. Spray Tank x 4 cools pipe to maintain pipe integrity and allow accurate measuring once cut. SICA Haul Off-P2000/14 plus (italy). EXTRACTION/ DECOMMISSIONING/ LOADING COSTS
Extraction of complete Line, including the below factors/equipment, and load to truck or flat rack base.Included in estimate: labour,required hoists, travel and relocation of our equipment, cranage(franna for smaller items, 30T capable crane to load head)engineer for duration-($63,000.00 + gst)
Leaving Site: 16-18 flatracks will be Required. 1-2 20 ft containers-($3800.00 + gst) to get all empties to site. ($625.00 + gst) per flat rack or container site to Lyttelton(includes VBS booking at Port) 1x load out of gauge, additional $220.00 + gst for Pilot. Quote based on using combilift onsite.
If Trucked away 11-12 truckloads will be required. ($1000.00 + gst )per load to Christchurch receiver to unload.($ 5780.00 + GST) per load to Auckland/ receiver to unload. This allows for reasonable unloading time.
