MAJOR PLANT ITEMS - All decommissioning, extraction and loading costs are the Buyers responsibility. Only approved Machinery Specialist Companies will be able to dismantle, extract and load equipment onto Buyers transport. Industrial Resale will pre qualify these companies and will require evidence of appropriate Public Liability cover, prior to working on the Methven's site.
